"Wow this was a great session. We were able to through the investigation get to the big hurdles in the way and find a plan to move forward with them in a structured coaching process. It made me have to really think about what I wanted as part of my professional and personal development plan as it’s too easy to just focus on the now and the team. I love the canvas template easy but deep l in its processing. All exec leaders should go thorugh a process like this."
