Wow this was a great session. We were able to through the investigation, get to the big hurdles in the way and find a plan to move forward with them in a structured coaching process. It made me have to really think about what I wanted as part of my professional and personal development plan as it’s too easy to just focus on the now and the team. I love the canvas template easy but deep l in its processing. All exec leaders should go thorugh a process like this.

We’ve recently introduced OMINA’s across our whole organisation. Staff have highly valued the insights it has provided for them into their teams, and also into how their manager works.
