Wow! Just heard Sophie Guerin from Dell EMC speak on Trans-generational culture in a Digital World. Sophie was not only an incredible speaker but so passionate about the topic and the insights were fantastic…

Challenging us to think about how the workforce of today will compare to the workforce of the future with the impact of disruptive innovation.

We need to embrace agile learning and hone our skills in emotional competency, as these will be vital skills into the future with changes in the business landscape and advances in technology.

The future is about it people skills and having the right automation to support this.
